To provide the best service, your order will be shipped from our nearest warehouse (USA/Local or International) based on inventory availability.

You don’t have to worry about hidden fees. DAUAOTO covers all customs duties, tariffs, and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No additional fees will be collected upon delivery.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through our website or the carrier’s portal.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your hands.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will take immediate action to track the logistics. If it cannot be recovered, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dauaoto.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. DAUAOTO is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
